Personality Development, Finishing School & Soft Skills Trainer

Ms. Maya Daswani, now settled in South Mumbai, (India), has many credits to her name. She is a professional Soft Skills and Finishing School trainer in International Etiquette-Social & Business Graces, Personality, Image, Grooming, and allied Communications and Presentations skills, so that we are up to date with competitive worldwide trends and protocol. She is aptly known by her company name, ‘Persona Power’.

Born in the Philippines, and brought up in Asia & Europe, she has both an American and British education, and is thereby well travelled and well versed with international norms.

She qualifies with a degree in Commerce with Secretarial Science, and a much valued Finishing School education. She is also credited with Journalism, Public Speaking and teaching Computers when they were first introduced to our world, and conducted high profile interviews for India’s accredited Market & Research Group.

Ms. Daswani held positions at her College Public Relations Unit, its Editorial Board, and conducted its Speech Classes. In Mumbai, she was recognized for her Etiquette sessions at prominent schools, the Fort Convent and the Cathedral School, while on its Parent Teacher Associations.

She strongly feels that the subjects of Etiquette are much more important than most academic knowledge and should be a compulsory topic in all schools and colleges. Thus, she is invited to impart this as a guest lecturer at various corporate and business concerns, colleges, clubs and organisations. 

To add other facets, she is a correspondent for two NRI Magazines- The Bharat Ratna International and The Indian, both published from Hong Kong.  Ms. Daswani has also been interviewed on Zee TV's Manasi Show, on All India Radio, and more recently by the popular radio station FM 104.8 for Radio Today's women's program, Meow!  She is quoted on www.indiwo.com and has trained the participants of the 'Super Moms' Pagaent of The Times of India, 2008. Her repertoire includes individualised trainings, seminars, workshops and customised modules and assignments all over India and invitations abroad.  

Always motivated, she is accredited with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), along with the world renowned training of Anthony Robbins, Peak Performance and the Landmark Forum.

With a great zest for life and for meeting people, she shares and imparts the powers of Personality, International Social & Business Etiquette, Communication & Presentation Skills and various other Soft Skills, with a passion.  She is aimed at raising our standards to international norms in our personal, social and business 'Persona Power' skills!
